Je me rends sur la terrasse de leur hôtel en bord de lac, j’attends une amie pour passer la soirée, en premier temps une serveuse me propose un verre et donc je précise que j’attends quelqu’un puis le responsable viens me voir et me demande si je souhaite boire un verre, je lui répète donc que j’attends quelqu’un et il me répète que je dois commander un verre sinon je dois partir avec un air désagréable, hautain et arrogant. C’est bien la première fois que je suis accueilli de cette sorte et je compte en parler a mes connaissances pour que l’information se sache.

Un responsable de restauration se doit d’accueillir correctement et respecter que l’on veuille attendre par respect la personne qui se joint a nous.
