La Pomme de Pin — Restaurant in Thonon-les-Bains

We stop here very frequently for drinks or lunch, most recently last weekend. After an appalling experience at Chez Babeth in Plaine Dranse (avoid like the plague!) we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the lovely staff, and enjoyed yet another wonderful lunch - fresh and lovely food, fairly priced and served by friendly and efficient staff despite the restaurant always being full. This is our first time at this restaurant but our friend are coming often and is was their recommendation. Indeed, the food is home made and delicious. The pizza was a real pizza with a nice crusty crust made in a traditional oven, at least it looked like :). The salad with goat cheese and duck was delicious as well. You can tast the good quality of the products and that is just great 👍 so thumbs up for this love place with lovely and professional people...

It was a very nice experience indeed. The food was tasty and well served, homemade dishes, loved the tarte aux myrtilles (blueberry pie). The service was really friendly, with a smile and personal touch. Only 4 stars for service as the food took too long to be served. Luckily the sun was shining so waiting time was sweet.
