We last ate here in January 24. We all had the plat de jour which was excellent. The food was well presented, very tasty, and good quality. We've eaten here lots of times before, both before and after the rebuild. The new building is lovely, especially upstairs. The owner is really friendly, as you'd hope from a family business, but it's a busy restaurant so he always looks stressed :-) Always best to book in advance, especially if you want to be inside, as it is very popular in high season. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Today it was the opening of the season at Portes du Soleil, i bought a package with the ski pass and lunch at one of the associated restaurants of which Les Marmortest was one of them. I arrived early, 13:00, after waiting for 20inutes and they said they ran out of a sad omelette which was the ONLY option with the offer. They did not offer me any solution.
