Snopizz' Bar Pizzeria — Restaurant in Thonon-les-Bains

We arrived and there was 1 table of 4 people and 3 others waiting at the bar. We were served by the friendly barman who took our order. He then proceeded to walk the order across the older woman who was cooking the pizzas. She was clearly unimpressed in receiving an order and we heard the older woman say to him “this is my establishment and I’ll work to how I want. If they want pizza they can wait until 9pm to order” this would have meant a 50 minute wait.

Baring in mind they only serve pizza this is an unacceptable waiting time as it they wouldn’t have taken that long to serve the table of 4, plus how she spoke to her staff member made us decline the wait and go elsewhere. Unfortunately for this lady through her attitude she lost out on a €100 order as there was 5 of us wanting to order. We went down the road to another pizzeria who served us straight away without fuss and turned out to be cheaper.

Based on this experience we didn’t return to this pizzeria for the remainder of stay...

Rarement aussi mal accueillis que dans ce snack. Arrivés à 7 à 12h30, nous avons eu l’impression de déranger en demandant à manger alors que c’est justement le propre d’un « restaurant ». Une amabilité de la part du serveur plus que déplorable. Bien dommage de ne pas aimer les touristes quand on travaille dans une station de ski. Demander un supplément œuf (qui est inscrit sur la carte au passage) et ne pas en voir la couleur, bien triste également. La bière n’était quand à elle pas mauvaise, en même temps plutôt difficile de la rater. Obligés d’insister pour séparer la note au plus grand regret de notre cher serveur. En somme un repas expédié pour ne pas déranger plus longtemps, désolé d’avoir mangé chez vous, nous avons trouvé bien mieux le reste...
