Buffalo Grill Bailly-Romainvilliers — Restaurant in Torcy

DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. This restaurant is so terrible... I don’t even know where to start. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any restaurant. The restaurant in Bailly Romainvilliers was the worst restaurant I have ever been too. The service was terrible. They took a long time to even ask us what drinks we wanted, we weren’t even given a drink menu and we were only given 3 dirty wet dinner menus for 5 people.

The employees took a long time to give us our food or drinks because they were too busy drinking alcohol by the bar with the bartender. The alcoholic drinks we received were watered down and gross. The alcoholic drinks the employees were drinking were better looking drinks than the ones the customers received. We were served two wrong burgers and asked for one to be replaced. The burger we received was raw and red inside when we asked for the meat to be cooked well-done. We asked for a bottle of ketchup and we never received it. I had to get up from my table to interrupt the employees talking and drinking alcohol to remind them that I asked for ketchup 10 minutes ago.

The waitress was extremely rude. Once our starter of onion rings was ready, she dropped the basket of burnt onion rings on the table without even looking at us or without saying a word. It was evident that the employees do not care about their job or the customers. They would rather be drinking alcohol while they work than to serve food to the customers. We will never recommend this restaurant to any of our friends. We hope that other customers never have the terrible experience we had in the Bailly Romainvilliers restaurant. Trust me, do not waste your time or money...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Grill, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! I ordered their “Super Famous Bacon Cheeseburger,” which completely lived up to its name – the flavors were fantastic, with the perfect balance of juicy, flavorful beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese. I opted for bacon and cheese fries to go along with it, and they made for the perfect, indulgent side.

When my food first arrived, I noticed my fries had cheese only, so I let my server, Karine, know. She handled it with such warmth and professionalism, quickly bringing the correct order with both bacon and cheese. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor really made a difference. I don’t speak French, but she kindly served me in English, making the experience so much easier. Karine even went above and beyond by providing a QR code that allowed me to browse the menu and order directly from my phone at the table – super convenient and a thoughtful touch!

Overall, everything from the food to the service was top-notch. Karine’s exceptional customer service made me feel welcome and valued, and the burger itself was simply delicious. If I find myself local to here again ,I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Buffalo Grill for anyone looking for a great meal with...

We went here looking forward to eating good steaks. We were bitterly disappointed. First, our server for some reason understood that for 6 people we only wanting to place an order of 4 plates of food. We had 3 plates that were the same, so maybe that is why there was some confusion? My plate was handed to me without warning of it being extremely hot and I almost dropped it. The server, who had a towel, could have placed it in front of me. My steak was thin, burnt on the outside and too far done. We ordered all of our steaks medium rare. The steaks all came with no spices whatsoever on it and we had to ask for salt and pepper that came in little tiny packets. The rest of the steaks were at least not burnt but were done to well. The other 2 came later as the rest were finished chewing. Yes, we had to do a lot of chewing. We also had to request silverware because a setting was missing.
