Just had dinner at this restaurant, bit unfortunately it didn't quite live up to out expectations after the nice reviews. We order chicken, but this was highly overcooked, and the beef pies were very hard. The fatoush salad (a normal favorite of mine) was very dull, although the dressing was seasoned well and the chips were nice. The hommos was also good, but the bread was unfortunately the dull out-of-bag dry type and not freshly baked. As for the setting, there are chairs outside on a nice area, but it's next to a round about so quite a bit of cars going by and stopping/going all the time. Read moreThe Cedrus is located slightly away from the core of the Sablettes. Their menu consists of a selection of lebenese / Middle Eastern cold and hot mezze along with 3 menus, reasonably priced. We had the menu Gourmand (€25 pp). There were 8 dishes with accompaniement (baba genius, hummus, skewers selection...) the portions were good and we had plenty. Read moreGot quite disappointed. Hard to imagine why this place is often full and recommended. The food was very boring. The chicken skewers were most likely been bought frozen and then microwaved. As well as other food. The bread were very dry and probably just from a vacuum bag from the supermarket... The positive side were the very friendly staff....
