Un bon petit resto avec des produits frais, une carte limitée, un lieu un peu atypique et un chef sympathique qui fait aussi le service. Par contre je m'attendais à mieux au vu des critiques lues un peu partout. C'est bon mais ce n'est pas tout à fait au niveau de ce que j’appellerai un resto "bistronomique". Il manque un peu de cohésion et de direction artistique sur certains plats (par exemple la pavlova orange était une simple pavlova avec des quartiers de mandarines bêtement posés dessus). Ah et le Rosé n'était pas placé dans un seau pour le garder frais. Et enfin la carte des boissons n'était pas franchement à jour. Mis à part ça c'était bon, nourrissant, frais et sympa et les prix sont en adéquation avec le niveau de cuisine. C'est déjà beaucoup donc je reviendrai tout de même...

Wow. Einfach unglaublich! Ein einmaliges und wundervolles Restaurant. Diese Ein-Mann-Show hat für uns einen Michelin Stern verdient. Der Koch bedient die Gäste komplett alleine. Es gibt eine handgeschrieben Getränkekarte und eine kleine aber absolut feine wechselnde Menue-Auswahl bestehend aus je 3-4 Vorspeisen, Hauptgängen und Desserts. Zusätzlich hat man natürlich die Option auch nur einzelne Gerichte zu bestellen. Das Essen ist absolut großartig!!! Wir waren zu fünft und haben an dem Abend so ziemlich alles probiert und mussten am Ende feststellen, dass es nicht möglich war das beste Gericht zu küren, da alles einfach absolut grandios war.
