Le Mazet - Atelier de la Truffe — Restaurant in Toulon

This has all the elements of a true Michelin star restaurant so run here before it gets 1 or even 2 stars and the prices rise to a whole new level. We found Le Mazet on the Michelin guide and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted on arrival and loved the outdoor setting. The food was meticulously presented and the flavours were incredible. Our pork and fish main dishes were the standout, imaginative and mouthwatering. Durant mon recent séjour en France, j'ai diné deux fois au Mazet. Deux repas mémorables.

Nous avons célébré les 70 ans de mon père dans ce restaurant, et les propriétaires ainsi que leur équipe ont fait de ce diner un repas idéal.

Maintenant, a propos des plats: Délicieux!!!

De l'amuse bouche (Caviar de Lentilles), au dessert (Palette de chocolat - du menu été 2021 choisie lors des deux repas), tout était fantastique.

Entrées:"L'oeuf parfait", et... il porte bien son nom, entre l'oeuf cuit a basse température, les truffes râpées - a choisir!!! "Le velouté d'amande", délicieux avec de la brousse et un confit de tomates ainsi que des tomates locales délicieux et très frais pour commencer le repas

Plats pris: Ris de Veau: Pas sur le menu, mais si vous arrivez a convaincre le chef a les faire pour vous. Ne pas hésiter.

Poitrine de Cochon: confite a basse température, fondante dans la bouche.

Donc voila mes deux expériences... je ne peux que recommander ce restauran.
