On va souvent au Mc Donald's de Saint Cyr sur Mer pour la proximité mais il faut avouer que dans 80% des cas, ça se passe mal. 1/ La première fois, j'ai eu droit à une guêpe dans ma salade. 2/Au drive, souvent il y a des oublis de sauces 3/ L'attente au drive est toujours anormalement interminable, qu'on soit en heure de pointe ou non 4/ Les sandwich n'ont pas été bons du tout pendant une période : pain du cheese burger carbonisé et big mac avec mauvais goût mais maintenant ça va mieux. 5/Une fois, sur place, on nous a apporté un plateau avec la moitié qui ne correspondait pas à notre commande. Le jeune homme nous a rapporté le plateau au moins 3 fois avant que le contenu soit correct.... 6/ Une fois, on a eu au drive un steack haché/cornichon qui se balladait dans notre paquet! 7/ Ce jour, nous avons attendu 33 minutes pour obtenir notre commande à emporter... Problème de big mac apparemment... Du coup, on s'est fait offrir des glaces en dédommagement mais dans l'euphorie du retour des big bac, on ne nous a pas rajouté celui qui nous manquait et on est partis sans!!! Bref, pas terrible du tout, ce Mc Donalds... Il y a des gros problèmes d'organisation et la qualité du service et de la nourriture est exécrable.

Que dire de plus, menu maxi, frite mini. Si vous aimez vous faire avoir, aller y! Mise à jour octobre 2023, McDo st Cyr le retour et pas pour le meilleur ! Commande drive ou il manquait un wrap à notre commande, obligé de rentrer dans le restaurant pour le signaler et on s'est quasi fait traiter de menteur! Proposition à la personne qui a préparé notre commande de vérifier les sac et sa réponse: Flemme! Ok, déjà on est pas copains et autre chose à faire que de gratter un wrap... De retour à la maison, constatation que ce n'était pas le seul problème, on avait commandé un Big tasty 2 viandes et reçu 1 seule viande ( voir photo) Je m'adresse à la direction de ce restaurant, réveillez vous et encadré mieux vos équipes, ils sont malpolis et insolents.

Les frites étaient croustillantes. C’est bien le seul point positif de ce macdo. La dame qui prend les commandes était agressive et n’avait clairement pas envie d’être là. Parlons de l’attente de plus de 10min alors qu’il n’y avait personne pendant que le personnel ne faisaient rien (heure creuse). Et le pire reste à venir. Je demande un ice tea et me retrouve avec un coca (heureusement que je ne suis pas compliqué). La deuxième boisson commandée était un sprite. Nous ouvrons le gobelet et nous voyons des morceaux noirs au fond (dégoûtant). L’hygiène est clairement à revoir tout comme l’accueil. À fuir.

This is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been in my whole life and I have tried so many of them around the world. Please, word of advice, if you’re hungry and if it happens to be too late eat at a restaurant, just go to sleep and avoid the disappointment of this place.

Food takes up 30 mins for a mere burger and fries. There were up to 10 employees in the kitchen who appeared to be doing something, yet no one’s order was fulfilled in this time frame. Either, the workers are useless or the manager is scamming the company by getting a salary and not doing...

Disgusting. Food was cold I also had to wait 20+ minutes for some food. The burgers were not edible all hard and cold.Toilets are a nightmare. Male toilets are disgusting and stink of urine. Fries were stale,dry and cold after ordering not only did i have to wait super long for food from a 'fast food' place i then had to wait another 5 -10 minutes for a burger which they forgot to make.Overall very bad experience and it is not even close to what other Mcdonalds restaurant serve. Guess what. For a change from England to France. Im overall happy to see little to no difference in either place. Since both have food quality to perfect standard, clean wherever so, toilets with abit of a waff, and obviously 'litterally' less than a five minute wait for the amount i ordered which was basically six different things.
