Complexe La Voile Blanche — Restaurant in Toulouse

we went to this place June 30th for a friends birthday, it was me, my wife, the birthday girl, her boyfriend and two other friends. out of us 6 we were 5 black people and my wife who is white but her mother is not white, so you can see she has her black in her. so since we got there they stopped us at the door and had us there for about 5 minutes before telling us what or why we were being held at the door, we finally got in. the place is very cute and nice, but we wanted to have an umbrella because it was hot af, after 1 hour waiting for a waiter they asked us to pay for a ViP table 300 euros worth of alcohol, so we went for it, we ended up spending over 600 euros there, the only table that had more than 2 bottles was ours (if money was the problem, for us it wasnt) the bartenders were nice with us, one of the dj’s was cool and his music, he even said happy birthday to our friend thru the sound system.

we were the only black people at this party apart from 3 other black people in a place with over 100 people there, we were the soul pf this party, every body was recording videos of us having fun, just enjoying the moment there,

at the end of the day on our way out here comes this black dude that works there and asks just us to get out of the place, that got into my nerves because at the end of the day it was my own kind that was acting racists towards us. we got into a heated argument because why out of all people there he comes to US to start getting people out. he even pushed my wife twice, and this group of gorillas came out ready to fight because he was doing his job. he was jealous of us being a group of black people among white people having a great time there, doing what he could only dream of doing.

Dont go to this place if you are dark skinned, and if you are white dont...

They are racists. I really underappreciate what happened with me and my friend yesterday at the entrance by a black male security guard. He prevented us from getting inside the club to enjoy the DJ and music because we looked Arabs and he indicated that this is the rule and he is the one to decide who gets in an out, and he clearly indicated to my friend that he didn't like how he looked and that is why prevented us from going in. I expected them to be inclusive and not racist. I have noted that and i am posting a review on google. would like this feedback to reach some managers, hopefully some wise man would not risk doing the same with other people,...

Alors je ne sais pas où commence. Nous sommes arrivées un groupe de 7 personnes. Nous étions conviés à un anniversaire. Dès notre arrivée, le videur nous a sauté à la gorge. Pour nous dit qu'on ne fait pas partie de leur clientèle récurrente donc nous ne pouvons pas aller côté bar. Donc concrètement, nous mangé au restaurant et puis vous rentrez chez vous. Pourtant nous étions très bien apprêtée. Cherchez l'erreur. Nous avons la haine. Finalement on finit par rentrer. Assis à table,, nous voyons le videur qui parle aux serveurs en nous pointant du doigts. Le respect et le savoir savoir-vivre à été oublié. QUEL HONTE !!!!

Les plats ont été choisi à l'avance car cela a été imposer par le restaurant. Nous avions tous des menus à 45 euros/personnes (12 personnes). Le cauchemar commence le champagne avec un citron dedans était bas de gamme, le magret de canard était sec, les frites était raide. On sentait sur nos plaies qu'il était bas de gamme, le fraisier était tellement sucré à en être écœurant. Juste l'entrée qui était passable.

Maintenant, nous allons attaquer au service clientèle qui était inexistante car la serveuse était désagréable avec nous. On sentait qu'on les dérangeait. Ils ne faut pas juger les gens juste sur le couleur de peau. Habituellement, nous sommes des bons consommateurs mais là nous étions tellement dégoûtée. Ce restaurant veut vendre du rêve et des plats de qualités mais quand tout est du surgelés c'est vraiment médiocre.

540€ à 12 pers plus 40€ de cocktail pour les plus téméraires. Le mojito à 12 euros où il n'a pas d'alcool mais rempli de glace c'est vraiment génial.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce lieu. Il devrait fermer boutique. On ne peut pas servir des plats aussi médiocre à des gens et avoir un personnel qui n'est pas doté de professionnalisme. Plus jamais je ne remettrais les pieds dans ce...
