This is by far the best sushi place I have found while living in Toulouse for almost 3 years. The wait staff are warm and attentive and the dining room is comfortably cozy. The fish is incredible. It is always fresh and the perfect temperature that almost melts in your mouth. It's not a large restaurant and not as flashy as the larger places I've tried, but the quality of their sushi is what brings me back 2-4 times a month. They are generous with the portions of fish so you never feel overwhelmed by rice, though the rice is deliciously fresh as well. I had negative experiences with Eat Sushi because their product was always too little fish, too cold, and had a horrid, dried-out rice texture that made me think their sushi was prepared hours before, if not the day before. I have eaten at Tokami in Blagnac three times, and, while having a stunning interior, found their product of average quality. Those are just two of the places I've tried in my search for excellent sushi. Kimato has a talented chef who amazes me with his ability to consistently prepare a superior meal.
