Cheema Restaurant Indien — Restaurant in Toulouse

Ordered a Chicken Biryani on the 21/12 for takeaway. I cannot consume gluten and was fine with it. It was so good I returned the next day, to order another, to bring 3hrs home with me. Kept it refrigerated for the journey and froze it when I got home. Have since eaten it, and it was as amazing as the first one. Thank you. If I’m ever in Toulouse again, 100% will be back!!

For anyone who cannot consume gluten, do be aware that they do have items that contain gluten, so do ask what options you have, generally most Indian food shouldn’t contain gluten, but things like naan bread will. I would also suggest to the restaurant, that you mark items on the menu with allergens, and all staff be informed/educated regarding allergens. It’s 2022/23 after all. On a food delivery app that they are on, there is some allergen advice, but at the actual restaurant the (takeaway) menu is lacking this information. Overall, a good experience 10/10. Update: had second order and unfortunately it was a disappointment... All curries contained not fresh chicken. Curry is good, meat is horrible, impossible to chew. Dommage!

I ordered by Uber eats and I am so pleasantly surprised! It was not the best Indian I ever had, but by far better than what I could find in Toulouse. Since last years Indian restaurants in Toulouse (even best noted) are just a catastrophe: I guess, in order to cut costs, they economise on everything and as a result food in liquid and blunt. Tikka masala from Cheema had a texture of curry (and not sweet orange soup like in other places!), lassi tasted like lassi and not like a mango juice/milk. Rice and tandoori chicken were also good. I saw in other comments complains about frozen meat, but in my order I am 100% sure I had freshly cooked chicken. Please, keep this quality, because it's really upsetting how tough it is now to find decent Indian food...

Went to this Indian/Pakistani restaurant with my family. They have good parking available. The ambiance and interior are very good. The service and reception was very cordial and warm. As for the food nothing to complain. We ordered chicken karahi and Daal Tarka. Both tasted good while I preferred Daal whose taste was more authentic.
