Le Florence — Restaurant in Toulouse

We had a little difficulty finding the Fleurance, as on google Maps it is show in the centre of Fleurance, whereas it is actually about 1 km to the north. We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our room (a deluxe double) was spacious and clean with a huge bed and a view of the garden. Unfortunately the weather precluded us from using the swimming pool! The breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order by the proprietor himself. We did not get a chance to eat in the main restaurant. Parts of the hotel were a bit dated and one section was still in the process of refurbishment. The proprietor (an ex banker from Paris) explained that he had been waiting a year for the contractors to finish the job! All in all a very pleasant...

I have been in this place for lunch several times since it is near work. The food is correct and the waiters service as well. However, today I had a very bad experience with the manager when she came to give us the bill. My credit card did not work and then she started to speak to me in a very aggressive and rude way. After a couple of unsuccessful trials I took another card, she threw the tickets to me and put the dataphone right on my face, fortunately it worked. I was shocked by her behavior, it was not clear for me if the customer was her or me! It is a pity that some people do not understand that managing a restaurant should be much more than serving food... Madame, I recommend you to do a training on "Customer...

Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h15 et je pense que cela a un peu embêté les serveurs...alors que j avais appelé avant et que l'on m'avait dit maxi 21h30.. sur le site c est marqué 22h et sur leur porte 21h45.. c est à s y perdre. Le service était (trop) rapide mais efficace et aimable . J ai par contre été déçue de mon plat ... "Seiche à la plancha avec sauce thaï , riz et légumes " J'ai demandé a remplacé le riz ( juste le riz) par des frites et j ai eu .... Que des frites ... J aurai aimé q on me laisse les légumes aussi ... J ai cherché la sauce ... A ce jour toujours introuvable .. Quand à la seiche. . un morceau de plastique balancé dans mon assiette m aurait fait le même effet. .. pas mauvaise mais aucun goût... J'ai louchée sur la pizza de mon mari ...qui s est empressé de la noyé sous de la sauce piquante pour pas que je lui pique .. J ai fini mon assiette , j avais faim mais j ai regrettée de pas avoir choisi une calzone qui m aurait moins déçue . La blague du serveur à la fin ... Sur le citron que j' ai laissé "c est bon , vous le mangez pas ?" Faisant référence à son passage 5 minutes plus tôt quand je n' ai pas voulu qu il me prenne mon assiette car il me restait encore des frites ... Apparemment pour lui j avais déjà trop mangé... J ai rien dit car c était vraiment bof... Nous avons englouti notre café car on avait des paires d'yeux braqués sur nous qui attendaient qu on se dépêche de partir . Résultat , 22h40 nous étions à la maison ...pour un vendredi soir c est tôt ... On a pu regardé le second film au moins .. 72€ dépensés pour 1h .. je trouve ça un peu cher ... Le Mac Donald côté aurait coûté moins cher Et peut être moins déçu car on sait à quoi s attendre . Pour finir sur une bonne note , j adore leur déco mais ce n est pas elle qui me...
