Absolutely delighted with this lovely restaurant, so friendly staff, explanations about the meals (in French or Italian! Not English), but such a pleasant bunch, attentive, kind, generous!
So many options too, I was strongly tempted by the “polpe” which I love, but we went for the degustation menu, as I wanted to try the “crevettes”, ravioli filled with foie gras, what a wonderful ravioli, and the lamb at the end!
As aperitif we started with the kir borgogne a lovely sweet wine that went well with the “crevettes”

All of the staff work well together and even with a full restaurant managed to take care of us with perfect care and attentiveness. Yes, gushing praises indeed / but if you’re in Troyes and looking for the best … do not...
