Average cake and awful tea. You have responded to my review with insults. This really is very childish and shows you to be very unprofessional. The cake was average. It was basically a chocolate brownie with some sort of covering. It didn't taste fresh. I ate it because it was just about edible. It was expensive enough. I might as well eat it. My friend and I ordered the same tea. The tea bags were strange firstly because they did not produce much tea and secondly because they were totally different. Mine was twice as big as my friend's but they should have been the same. I did not soil anything. It is totally inaccurate to suggest that I did. I dissected the tea bags on my plate because I wondered what was in them. I did speak to the lady to say that the tea did not seem to have any colour. She was offhand and not in the slightest interested in dealing with the question. After such poor customer service why should I bother acknowledge you when I left? I was not rude. I said nothing. I see that another reviewer commented that you are expensive. Our two cakes and two teabags cost 17 Euros. You charged extra for the milk but by your own admission you're not supposed to put milk in the tea you sold us. So why did you sell us the milk? I didn't like the knitted glass holders. Your response to my feedback was to accuse me of being obnoxious. This is childish. You need to grow up. Someone gives you feedback you don't like so you insult them. We did laugh at your reply. Insanely awfully rude person at the register. From the minute we entered, she made it her mission to make fun and give us a hard time. She was condescending and had a vendetta against us, assuming because we aren’t from France. I finally asked for “espresso with milk” and she said with a cocky attitude “I can’t do that..” I would never return to this place. Luckily we found a nice cafe nearby called AUX DELICES where they were happy...

Amazing selection of all things coffee and tea. Beans, cups, machines, extras plus a lot more. The staff really put the effort into making great coffee.
