Upon entering, we were met by a staff member who, instead of greeting us, immediately and aggressively told us to leave. With large, dismissive arm movements, he insisted they were "completely full." This was baffling, as we were looking directly at numerous empty tables on the terrace.

He made no effort to ask if we had a reservation or even offer a polite apology; we were simply shooed out the door.
