Wat een ontdekking! Restaurant Tokyo in Versailles is echt een verborgen pareltje. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de bijzonder vriendelijke bediening. De sfeer is ontspannen en gastvrij, en je voelt je meteen welkom.

Het eten is ronduit fantastisch – vers, smaakvol en met zorg bereid. Elk gerecht dat op tafel kwam was een feestje voor de zintuigen. Van de sushi tot de warme gerechten: alles klopte. De kwaliteit ligt op een verrassend hoog niveau, zeker als je kijkt naar de prijzen.

Want wat krijg je hier veel waar voor je geld! De verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit is bijna ongeëvenaard. Dit is zo’n plek waar je heerlijk kunt eten zonder dat het pijn doet in je portemonnee – maar dan netjes gezegd 😉

Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie in Versailles is en zin heeft in Japans eten van topkwaliteit, met een warme glimlach geserveerd. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Une vraie pépite ! Le restaurant Tokyo à Versailles est une superbe découverte. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par une équipe vraiment attentionnée. L’ambiance est conviviale et chaleureuse – on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.

Les plats sont tout simplement excellents : frais, savoureux et soigneusement préparés. Que ce soit les sushis ou les plats chauds, tout était parfaitement équilibré et délicieux. La qualité est impressionnante, surtout lorsqu’on considère les prix.

Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. On mange ici vraiment très bien pour un prix plus que raisonnable – c’est rare de trouver une telle générosité à un tarif aussi accessible.

En résumé : une adresse incontournable à Versailles pour tous les amateurs de cuisine japonaise. On y retournera sans hésiter !

An absolute gem! Restaurant Tokyo in Versailles is a fantastic find. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an incredibly kind and attentive team. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting – you immediately feel at home.

The food is absolutely outstanding: fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From the sushi to the hot dishes, everything was spot on. The quality is truly impressive, especially when you consider the prices.

You get incredible value for money here. It’s rare to find such high-quality food at such accessible prices – it really stands out in that regard.

Another generic French sushi place which people from other countries might find disappointing. Items will be mostly similar to any other place.

What I like of this place though is that they have an express menu where you can pick two items in addition to a small cabbage salad and miso soup so at least you get variety.

We ordered the sharing menu for 3 people, it was good although a bit repetitive with lots of salmon. They didn't give us the 3 drinks that are meant to be with the menu, but that may have been a misunderstanding as we don't...
