The hotel offers a mix of strong positives and disappointing drawbacks that travelers should be aware of before booking.||Pros:||The views are truly stunning and one of the highlights of the stay.||Rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained.||Beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep—at least when the room setup allows it.|||Cons:||Breakfast Experience: Unfortunately, the breakfast was the weakest part of the stay. The breads were cold and stale, with no toaster available. The only option was to ask the attendant to take them back to the kitchen, which didn’t result in proper toasting. Cakes were also dry. The restaurant, advertised to open at 8:00 a.m., didn’t unlock its doors until 8:15 after we asked reception for help, and even then, the breakfast bar wasn’t fully set up. By 8:45 a.m., many dishes were still missing—highly inconvenient if you have scheduled tours or early plans.||Room Setup: One of our windows had no blackout curtain, and the light reflected directly on the closet mirror, making the room even brighter in the mornings. This disrupted our sleep significantly.||Temperature: The heating system is not turned on until October. If you stay before then, be prepared for a freezing room in the mornings.||Spa & Wellness: Though spa services are advertised, there was no massage therapist available during our visit. The pool and sauna were turned off upon arrival, requiring us to request them to be powered on. The steam room was also out of service, leaving the spa experience disappointing overall.|||Overall:|The hotel shines in terms of comfort, views, and room quality, but falls short when it comes to service consistency and advertised amenities. If your priority is a modern, spacious room with great views, this may be a good option. However, if you’re counting on a reliable breakfast, wellness facilities, or a restful dark room in the morning, you may want...
Read moreDO NOT! I repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS PRISON!
I got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the night, and I was tipsy, so I immediately got paranoid and was freaking out, I thought it would collapse on me.
I called the police (112) immediately and started screaming and banging on the doors.
Nobody can heard me and I’m freaking out.
Finally, It started going to different floors and landing back after 5 minutes
I went down to reception and they said they didn’t hear any noise or alarms go off.
UNBELIEVABLE!
I could've DIED AND NOBODY WOULD REALIZE.
Please, don’t come here
You will Regret it.
Pool water was COLD.
The steam room (wet sauna) was OUT of service And the dry sauna was warm.
The following day, I booked a massage @ 3 PM and when I arrived, I was told that it's not possible and it will be at 6 PM. again, disappointment
horrible management service by the poor quality staff who are always texting on their phones.
At one point, I even found a staff member sleeping at the reception desk in the middle of the day. unreal!
The food was alright, nothing special.
Free Breakfast was super standard, eggs bread some vegetables, coffee tea, and some cheeses.
Rooms were cramped with low ceilings and chemical smells throughout the building, especially in the spa/pool area being more intense. (Potentially dangerous for toddlers)
There's no water kettle In the rooms, no coffee/tea, No toothbrush, no toilet paper.
Wi-Fi is very slow = (4.5 Mbps) (Meaning you’ll have a hard time watching a YouTube video)
Staff was constantly chatting with each other instead of caring for guests.
Minibar is day-time robbery
Smallest size pringles $3
There’s limited parking out front, can probably fit 6 cars.
will never come back here. Honeymoon ruined, I may be breaking up with my partner over my bad...
Read moreStayed one night on tour through Caucasus|Room 209||Positives|- That view, probably the nicest view ever from a hotel room|-Lovely big room with a small balcony|-Large bed|-Plugs either side of bed for charging phones|-Nice bathroom||Negatives|-Bed was very hard|-Decor/ furniture all a bit mis-matched and dated, no luxury or comfort|-No kettle/ cups/ coffee or fridge|-Unfortunately there was a live concert going on in the park next door with loud music until midnight which we did not know about in advance|-Terrible breakfast, no yoghurt, no fruit, just a few pastries and bread||Did visit the spa but not sure if it was a positive or negative! Signs telling you where to go poor, seemed to walk down corridors and back staircases for ages, no lights in the corridor, passed a bar which looked permanently closed and a terrace area full of junk and broken furniture, no one at the reception desk, didn't know where to go or what to do, where changing rooms were etc. Found the pool by accident! Steam room out of order, sauna not turned on. Nobody there at all so we changed into our swimmies there and went for a swim. Pool was nice with a view over the valley. Just used two towels that had been left decoratively on a shelf in the pool area, got dressed and left, didn't find the changing rooms! Such a shame as it would clearly be a nice selling point of the hotel||Feels like a very nice hotel and concept has fallen...
