Some of the flavors are very good (ie. Dark chocolate that is creamy and delicious), some are just OK and some are really awful (ie. the lemon ice cream. It tastes like rotten lemons which considering we are in summer is probably what the lemon ice cream consists of). The dog that sits near the entrance to the branch at Sandro Euli Street is completely harmless. It is an old and blind dog (it can't see anything. It relies only on its hearing and smelling senses. It only barks when it feels scared if people shout or make a sudden movement it can sense). It feels safe sitting there because it is its 'territory'. The workers can do a couple of things to make this blind dog much happier. By providing clean water and maybe a small rug the dog will feel more safe and relaxed and will never bother anyone. The only water source this poor blind dog has is in a park which is 150 meters away but it is too scared to walk to the park during the day because of the sound of cars and motorbikes. I urge the employees to show compassion and provide water to this friendly dog regularly (whenever I go there the dog is thirsty) and in clean large disposable...
Read moreSimply terrible food, but good coffee and desserts. Espresso or Americano are usually good, but often depends on barista, it's either hit or miss. Ice cream is OK, but some sorts are very sugary comparing to Italian, so better try before you order. Pistachio ice cream is good and not overly sweet like the rest. Salads and sandwiches 🥪 are total disaster, the big chunks of chicken in Cesar are cold as stone and it's like you are chewing a rubber, and the letuce is not fresh either. Sandwiches with kind of unfrozen lowest quality bread and overly spicy chicken impossible to eat. I mean like why to add that much pepper to the food. Don't oder it for kids, they wont be able to eat. When I made a complain they thought it's funny, not apologies, nothing. Sorry, your stuff sucks!!! Often I observe the staff is simply fulling around. Back to USSR with this kind of service. So for your own safety skip the food, stick to coffee...
Read moreI mean, seriously? Got myself chocolate ice cream, didn’t want to eat on the location and after maybe 15 seconds or something, the moment I got out of the building, it started melting (couldn’t even get photo, all the melted portion sweetened my hands). Now, 3 weeks ago, I visited their branch in Rustaveli and they have same problem. Guys, where are your standards? Where is the quality check? It’s called ice cream, it should be held well cooled or freezed, right? You can notice the problem of improper keeping by the time you are being served - when the staff takes already melted ice cream with the scoop from the freezer. You are a total joke and utter rubbish for a ice cream and food lover like me. Btw, your staff is absolutely cool, nice manners, polite, attentive, but even they can’t help you in better rating. As I mentioned, the same problem has Rustaveli and Galleria Tbilisi...
