I went there one night on a whim because it was down the street from a ski shop I was visiting and both are located in a rural area so there wasn’t much else to choose from. The inside is very small with only 5 booths to sit in and a high table in the middle, and the outside has a very large terrace. The music is very good with a mix of techno and blues but that is the only good thing about this place, the service and the food is not.
My first experience was good, we had hamburgers which were okay but not great, and it is supposed to be their specialty. The french fries were a store bought bag of Ore-Ida crinkle-cuts, not a classy look. The service was okay but it took forever to get a glass of Coke with ice on the side for some reason. I always ask a place if their onion rings are hand-cut, freshly-made, in-house or pre-frozen from a distributor and these were fresh so I tried them and they were good even though they used the wrong batter for them.
Being at the ski shop again a few days later, I went back there specifically for the onion rings. The waiter recognized me as we joked around before, and I thought I would have another good experience there as my first one was, but I couldn’t be more wrong as this occasion was a major disaster.
I ordered the same onion rings which came to my table as those small, prefrozen, junky onion rings to my surprise. I immediately said to the waiter “what are these? these aren’t your onion rings, remember what we talked about the other day?” and he said he didn’t know why these are prefrozen so I sent them back and said I won’t have them. He didn’t seem sympathetic though.
The chicken club sandwich was messy wet with too much flat, wet canned mushrooms in a sauce and the chicken was undercooked with large pieces of fat still on the filet and not trimmed off. My fries were hard and burnt not like my time prior. And the main dish came before my Coke and I had to ask for my Coke 3 times and the guy said “you want it now?” no I want it tomorrow, dahh.
I started getting stomach pains after eating the undercooked chicken. They tried to charge me extra money for a bbq sauce which was delivered on the onion rings dish which I sent back so I never got to use it. The place had no cash on-hand despite there being 20 customers inside. They couldn’t give me back change for a 50 Lari and 50 Lari is only $16.00 dollars. If a restaurant can’t break a note worth $16.00 bucks, then you have some major operational problems.
I had to wait literally 20+ minutes as this dumbo waiter was running around trying to find change for such a nominal amount. The restaurant is new and has been open only a few months but if it can’t run like clockwork by that amount of time then the staff is just to stupid to run it and all should be fired and start with an all new staff. That’s what a smart owner would do.
A restaurant should always be consistent in what they serve. Not serve one dish and then a few days later get handed a completely different dish for the same thing ordered. That’s a clear sign of a troubled restaurant. I definitely will never go back to this place again. It is not worth it, the food is not good and their dishes change and their service is terrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, the place sucks. The only good thing about this place was their taste in music, but their taste in food is...

Grill More takes the outdoor 🧗🏽♂️ lifestyle very seriously. You can sit in the cosy interior, the large, semi-enclosed heated patio or the beautiful green garden, giving you lots of privacy (sometimes to the detriment of being spotted by their otherwise very friendly waiters). Add to that the outside bar, the cool music, and a large BBQ (And yes, you will be enveloped by BBQ smoke at times) where they prepare your dishes on an open grill, and you have all the ingredients to savour high quality burgers and fish in style. Great selection of wines🍷, too!
