The cafe bakery is a nice shop and seating with nice bread and pastries. Unfortunately if you want to use the toilet, you have to ask for a key and leave a deposit (a phone or money). I asked the lady if this is because people steal things from the toilet, she said no, it's because they forgot to give the key back.

My comment to the management is, you shouldn't lock the toilet at all. Even if it's only a one, you can put a notice that it's a unisex toilet, nobody will have a problem with that. (It's a much bigger problem if you can't get to a toilet in time...). Also if people who didn't buy anything this time use the toilet, surely they are your customers, they may not buy something today, but will do so another day.

Please, just use the sensible head and open the toilets, without having to pick up the key. P.S. Also the key which has been handled by a customer who's just been to the toilet (they may or may not have washed their hands) and then put in the hands of staff serving bread is a potential cross contamination and...

Glutenfreie Möglichkeiten: Da meine Tochter aufgrund Zöliakie glutenfreie Produkte benötigt, bin ich durch Zufall auf diese Bäckerei gestoßen. Wir waren heute dort für einen Nachmittagskaffee und wurden von einem netten jungen Herrn bedient, der sich wirklich super mit dem Thema auskannte und uns auch freundlich bediente und alles erklärte. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an glutenfreiem Gebäck (Mandelhörnchen, Nussquader) welches separat und über der Theke angeordnet war, so dass es zu keiner Kontermination kommen kann. Zudem nahm er extra Handschuhe und nicht die übliche Zange mit welcher auch andere Produkte berührt wurden. Eine Schokobanane war wohl auch glutenfrei, allerdings wies er uns auf die gegebene Konterminierung hin, da sich diese in der regulären Auslage befand. Da hatten wir gleich ein gutes Gefühl, wenn jemand sich so kompetent bei diesem Thema auskennt. Außerdem gibt es tiefgefrorenes Brot, Brezen und Semmeln die man kaufen und mitnehmen kann. Ein Brot (1kg, 8€ = o.k. für ein glutenfreies Produkt) haben wir mal mitgenommen, der Rest folgt gerne beim...
