This was a very nice find, hidden up a back street from the swimming pool.

Chinese and Thai options on the menu. Friendly and help full service. I took a suggested dish from the owners recommendation, I can only say it was the best Thai dish I've had in a long time. I ordered a second one as a take away. The menu didn't offer a kids selection, however, they offered to make a smaller portion before we even asked.

The restaurant is cosy and has a nice atmosphere. It looks like they have outdoor seating for when the weather is nice.

I would recommend the restaurant to anyone, we had a very pleasant evening. I'm looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Ps. The restaurant is cash only but the bank is only a couple of minutes walk...

At the end of dinner, it turned out that payment was only in cash. When I asked if it says somewhere that card payments are not accepted, the owner said: now you know. Usually we don't take cash with us, so we collected from all pockets. If there is no rivalry, then you can not provide good service and be rude to customers? Dieses China Restaurant Lotus in Bad König, daß chinesische und thailändische Speisen anbietet, ist aus eigener Erfahrung eines der besten Lokale dieser Art in der näheren Umgebung. Die bis jetzt von mir und meiner Familie bestellten Speisen waren alle sehr geschmackvoll und lecker und entbehren jeder Kritik. In einer überregionalen Analyse wurden von Kunden die Kriterien Küche, Service und Qualität mit den Noten , Ausgezeichnet: ca. 80 % und Sehr Gut: mit ca. 60 % bewertet. Mangelhaft wurde mit 0 % bewertet. Preislich befindet man sich gegenüber deutschen Speisen stark im Vorteil. Die Speisen sind nicht nur preiswert, sondern auch sehr reichhaltig in der Quantität. Die Inhaberin ist mit einer weiblichen Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, eine männliche Bedienung dagegen zeigt aus einigen Fällen z. B. bei meiner Frau und anderen mir bekannten Gästen ein sehr agressives Verhalten, daß man schon bösartig bezeichnen kann, wenn es zu irgenwelchen Diskussionen oder Reklamationen kommt.
