The worst expereince ever we had with McDonalds. We order two burgers, pie and coffee, waited near the counter for half an hour and nothing, just angry people coming and complaining about long waiting time and mistakes in orders. The staff is slow and doesnt' care about the clients. After our patience ran out, we asked where our order was (we were not alone doing so). In one minute we got our oder. When we started to eat it turned out the food was cold. There is a sing on the pie "hot", it wasn't even warm. The toilets are dirty, the paper is all over the place. Wir waren schon öfter bei diesem Mc Donalds, haben uns jetzt aber entschieden nicht mehr zu kommen. Die Wartezeiten waren bereits vor Corona Zeiten enorm. Einmal haben wir an die 40 Minuten gewartet. Dies kann in einem Fastfood Restaurant einfach nicht sein. In der Corona Zeit schießt dieser Mc Donalds dann den Vogel ab. In der Mc Donalds App hieß es, man soll vorab bestellen. Eine Bestellnummer wurde uns in der App angezeigt. Am Mc Drive konnte man unsere Nummer nicht finden. Wir geben also unsere Bestellung nochmal durch. Vorne stellten wir fest, dass die Mitarbeiter scheinbar eher mit "jo Bruder" Talk beschäftigt waren, als damit die Kundenbestellungen ordentlich durchzugehen. Handschuhe/Masken Fehlanzeige. Wir bekamen dann unsere Ware und fuhren nachhause. Dort stellten wir fest, dass uns eine falsche Box eingepackt wurde, ebenfalls wurde die Apfeltasche unterschlagen und auch mehrere Dips fehlten. Das größte Ereignis war dann, dass uns Mc Donalds Bad Kreuznach auch noch Burger ohne Fleisch eingepackt hatte. Sowas muss man sich mal vorstellen. Da wir fast 30 EUR bezahlt haben (hierfür hätten wir in einem Restaurant weitaus besser gegessen) fuhren wir zurück, am Mc Drive schickte man uns nach vorne mit den Worten "Dann schaut mal, was ihr da wieder gemacht habt....." Der Mc Donalds Mitarbeiter rechtfertigte es damit, dass halt viel los sei. Ebenfalls stellte sich raus, dass die Chicken & Cheese Box ausverkauft sei und man uns dann halt die Chicken Box einpackte. Wir erhielten unsere Bestellung komplett neu. Als Upgrade erhielten wir dann eine Apfeltasche extra und zwei Upgrades auf Maxi Menüs (große Pommes, große Cola). Auch die Burger enthielten nun Fleisch. Die anderen Bewertungen hier zeigen, dass unser Fall kein Einzelfall war, sondern wohl die übliche Handlungsweise.
