The food was good and i definitely recommend, but the service was questionable. We called before going to see if we could order ahead and the guy was nice on the phone said no we're currently slammed please call back later so we did. No one answered so we decided to just go and order there. Online it says they're open until 10, we get there at 9:30 and wait five minutes (we rang the bell when we got there). A man comes out and says they're not taking anymore orders, we say we'd just called. He then claims he told us this on the phone and that he never said we should come to the restaurant. Very rude, making up a bunch of things. The woman who came out with him was very nice and told us not to worry we could still order. We were very confused at the man's very aggressive behavior, especially since none of the things he was saying were correct... Also if you're going to close your orders at 9:30 then it should be noted somewhere. Hopefully this is not the case for most people as our friends were definitely fans of the place but i don't think we'll be going again...

This hit the spot on a burger craving. I had a falafel burger, which was the perfect fusion of a traditional falafel wrap with a comforting burger. The falafels were actually pretty good falafels just on their own! This is a tiny detail, but I also really liked how they pressed the bun. The only thing I think would improve the burger would be to have one large falafel patty instead of 4 regular-sized falafels in the bun, and also larger leaves of lettuce instead of chopped pieces. It’s fine for a burger to be messy, but it was very difficult to get everything to stay in the bun while I was eating it which distracted from the experience a little. It’s just a place where you order and pay at the counter and get food brought to the table when it’s ready, so service isn’t the most important, but the guy who took my order and brought me my burger was friendly enough, and it was ready quickly. The best burger joint you can find in this small town. I walked in with great excitement, placed my order, took out my card to pay and the answer was "cash only". This was a big disappointment for me who didn't carry cash with me. Anyway, I went and get the money, but the service could only get 3 stars with this deficiency. As for the food, I got the Old School double patty and it was a really big burger. I had a hard time finishing it. One meatball can be quite enough. I also got the fries with truffle and parmesan but also it was an extra large portion. Both meals were delicious.
