Hotel & Restaurant Felix — Restaurant in Bensheim

My husband and I traveled to Bensheim for my work and stayed at Hotel Felix. We very much enjoyed our stay. ||I did find the furnishing to be somewhat worn in our room, but it was mostly clean and comfortable. ||We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and it was fantastic and elegant. For lunch I had spinach and ricotta crepes that were out of this world. My husband had goose for his dinner, and it too was wonderful. There are plenty of options. ||Of course, we had time at the bar and the drinks we top notch as well. ||The thing that makes this spot so wonderful is the owners and staff. We booked a room on the hotel website with breakfast included. Upon arrival we were told at the reception that they you can not book a room with breakfast included on their website. After we showed the confirmation e-mail (which stated breakfast included) They still did not want to provide us with breakfast.

We were told that this was probably a fault on their English variant of their website and that they will look into it.

After admitting the failure was on their side, they still did not offer us some of our money back or breakfast. This is quite bad service in our opinion.
