to buy a water from this place it cost 2.20. I gave the money and they asked me for pfand. So a small water in august with 30 degrees temp. you have to pay 2.45 when i was shocked at this and asked how can they charge extra pfand for a water that cost 2.20 the answer was "Das ist Deutschland!!" very rude staff. 2.45 for water because it is in Bauhaus and there is nothing else around...so they are taking advantage!! Mal für alle, die den Unterschied zwischen 7% und 19% Mehrwertsteuer nicht kennen. Bestelle ich was zum Mitnehmen, zahle ich 7%. Bestelle ich was und esse es vor Ort, zahle ich 19%. Also, will ich meine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen haben und esse es dann vor Ort, sind die dort Beschäftigten verpflichtet, dieses zu unterbinden und den Kunde darauf hinzuweisen, denn es wurde ja zum Mitnehmen vorher bestellt. Diese Vorschrift hat übrigens die Politik und nicht das Personal gemacht. Und Pappbecher gibt es, wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Finde also den Fehler! Dauernd bemerke ich dort Leute, die keine Ahnung haben und dann im Nachhinein auch noch das Personal beschimpfen oder schlechte Bewertungen schreiben. Wow. Ich selbst fühle mich immer gut beraten und bedient und kann das Gemaule hier nicht...
