CUCCIS — Restaurant in Berlin

recently visited this bakery at jungferngeide station and was very disappointed. There were many flies and even honeybees landing on the food. I politely mentioned this to a female staff member, suggesting they should at least try to keep the insects away. Unfortunately, she refused to do anything and told me, “If you want to take it, take it, otherwise other people can buy.”

This is not only unpleasant but also unhygienic. Food on display should be properly covered and protected from insects for the safety of customers. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes hygiene and customer concerns...

I grabbed coffee with Milk on my way to work. I specifically asked for Lactose-free Milk. I had my coffee, and all day long my stomach was hurting me. The first thing I have every morning is my coffee, so it couldn’t be anything else. They need to be responsible enough to pay attention to such an important thing ! cuccis am Bahnhof Jungfernheide ist meine nächstgelegene Filiale. Dort habe ich schon häufiger ein paar Snacks gekauft, besonders lecker fand ich die Johannisbeerstreußelschnecke, welche aber leider schon länger nicht mehr im Sortiment zu sehen ist. Preislich liegen die angebotenen Sachen noch im vertretbaren Rahmen, auch wenn man an einer Straßenbäckerei schon einiges weniger zahlt. Diesbezüglich kann man aber warten und zur späten Uhrzeit wiederkommen, wo das gesamte Backwarensortiment stark reduziert angeboten wird. Die Mitarbeiter, welche ich kennengelernt habe, sind bemüht und freundlich.

Die Bäckereikette cuccis, genau so wie scoom, gehört zum Hause der Großbäckerei Von Allwörden, welche man eher in Norddeutschland findet. cuccis und scoom sind eher auf den to-go-Bedarf ausgelegt und bieten einige Süßbackwaren, belegte Brötchen, Heißgetränke, sowie in größeren Filialen (wie hier in Jungfernheide) auch weiteren...
