WORST ever restaurant you would want to order food from. Very recently one of my friends (very polite and gentle human beings) ordered food from them. Right after placing the order he wanted to cancel so he called the restaurant within 5 minutes, to which the restaurant replied that the food is on the way also now the restaurant has his phone number. Dana Pani asked him to put a review if he likes the food. He didn’t so he put a comment about food not being that tasty. Here begins the harassment from Dana Pani - they called my friend back and started abusing him for putting a negative review. They kept calling my friend for couple of days and kept abusing. My friend complained about their behaviour in an email sent to the delivery app (Lieferando) they ordered the food from. But there was no reply from them either. My friend also added a google review for the same restaurant. And they again started calling him but this time he is not answering their call.
Now my friend who is not a native, with a family is terrified as these people know his address(since they delivered the food), they know his phone number.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.
These Dana Pani people should be taught a lesson about their wrongdoings. So please spread this case to the people you know 🙏🏻
Don’t order from Dana-Pani a restaurant run by bullies/Uncivilised/Pathetic people who just want good reviews in spite of providing bad food and pathetic service.
And to Dana-Pani guys 🙏🏻 here comes a free advice:
Bad food doesn’t do as much harm as your reply and response to people... I hope you guys have learned some basics about hospitality before opening a restaurant, if yes then please 🙏🏻 it’s time to re-read them... and if not ... bingo... stop moving that ladle rather teach yourself some...

The food was so terrible I asked them to collect it after one bite and refund my money as I spent approximately 30.00 euros they refused. The manager then sent an alternative which was even worse and I realised that with such terrible food can only come terrible hygiene. My stomach soon agreed and I was on the toilet for a significant amount of time.
They originally stated they would give a refund then after 3 days aggressively hung up on me . Again reported in many reviews.
Really a terrible experience, but kindly take this as a lesson always read the reviews and if customers from the same geographic are complaining about the horrific food then understand from a food hygienist that sugar and tomato ketchup are the ingredients used to mask poor tasting or even worse...
Read moreNever in my life have I been talked to this rudely over the phone. This outraged me so much that this is my first time leaving a google review for a restaurant.
After ordering over Uber and waiting 1.5h, the restaurant simply decided to cancel my order. When I called them to ask about it, they spoke so rudely to me and claimed to not care whether I already paid online or not and that if someone from UberEats would contact them that he also won’t give a s*.
Seeing all the other reviews here of how incredibly bad the people working here are, probably translates into food that is just as bad.
There is plenty of better places in Berlin. Definitely...
