A while ago we ordered some Pasta, which arrived ice cold, with the noodles stuck together. Upon complaining, the chain told us to complain to the store but they forwarded it.
We decided to order Pasta again, this time with a coupon deal adding a side dish of your choice. We chose the chili-cheese item, as well as Chicken Pesto noodles without mushrooms and another pasta dish.
While both pasta dishes were pretty cold (again), the chicken pesto was delivered without chicken, but had mushrooms which we specified not to have in the app. One chili-cheese item was replaced with some edamer item, which we didn't order.
Upon phone contact with the store, they told us they couldn't call because we added a 5 too much. Which is true, but so you knew we added a 5 too much but still didn't call? Cool. They didn't want to give a statement about the other items.
So once again we went back to the chain support, which gave a generic answer and thanked us for "our constructive feedback" and "our effort in reporting this".
Oh, and mind you, you can no longer give full sentences of what was wrong with your order, that was restricted ot a limited set of characters.
I am not paying them less money at the door or online either, then when they complain go: "Thanks for your feedback" and do nothing.
If you order here, prepare for this kind of stuff happening over and over.

EDIT: See the answer they give? They claim we didn't even call the store, even though we did (which is how we found out about the phone number, and they did not read the comment either where it states we called the store afterwards and they ignored the issue) If we could give less stars for this...

Read moreIch habe schon oft hier bestellt aber von nun an nie wieder! Von meinen eigenen Erfahrungen, die nicht wirklich toll waren (unfreundlich, respektlos, falsche Pizza, kalt,…) habe ich ganz andere Dinge erfahren!
Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll…
Ein Domino Lieferant ist mit einem sehr guten Kumpel von mir befreundet und dieser Lieferant erzählt ihm immer wie es bei denen in der Küche zugeht, wie sie über Kunden reden und was sie über Kunden denken. Beispielsweise werden Kunden benachteiligt, die kein Trinkgeld geben. Diese werden mit Absicht zuletzt beliefert und müssen so am längsten warten. Das aller schärfste ist aber dass einige Domino Mitarbeiter auf Pizzen spucken oder dreckigen Käse auf die Pizza legen wenn ein Kunde bei der online Bezahlung kein Trinkgeld gegeben hat! Auch habe ich erfahren, dass es in der Küche von Dominos, die berühmte 3-Sekunden Regel gibt und auf den Boden gefallene Zutaten einfach wieder auf die Pizza gelegt werden!
Ich könnte ewig so weitermachen, aber ich denke, die oben genannten Punkte sind bereits sehr aussagekräftig, so dass man hier nicht mehr bestellen...
