Julie La Congolaise — Restaurant in Berlin

We went all the way to this place (which is far) to give a chance to this african restaurant. So disappointed! More than an hour to wait for the food. The food was ok. Time to pay; the lady brought just a post it with a price. That’s it!! No details for what you consumed. Of course overpriced. They literally charged us for each side, 15€ only for one fish (no side), etc.. and also the excused themselves telling that the prices raised and of course we had to pay for every single french fries, fufu, rice… which supposed to be part of the dish. We literally paid 80€ for 4 dishes, one of them french fries with 6 wings for our kids! Sooooo...

Red Card for this particular Restaurant!!! The menu was only pictures of food with no price list. We have waited for over 1 hour and a half for our food. The food was okay but not great, and the prices were doubled. It was extremely expensive and the portions not generous. It was a total disappointment, a total waste of money and time. I will advise you guys who wanna go to this place to really think about it ( there are other great African restaurants around Berlin but this one is catastrophic. Worst service ever I Do Not Go In...

Sehr unprofessionelles Restaurant und schlechte Qualität des Essens. Es gab nur eine Person, die die ganze Arbeit im Restaurant machte, vom Putzen, Kochen, Tische decken, Bestellungen aufnehmen, bezahlen, wie alles. Der alte Mann brauchte 2 Stunden, um ein 2-Gänge-Menü für zwei Personen zuzubereiten.Es gab einen anderen Tisch zu der Zeit, die wir im Restaurant waren, aber sie gingen ohne Essen, nachdem sie mehr als eine Stunde gewartet hatten.Wir bestellten Fufu, aber wir wurden mit Mikrowellen-Samolias betrogen.Ziege war wie Spender Kebab mit keinen Stücken überhaupt und hat überhaupt keinen Geschmack.Ein anderes Gericht, das wir bestellt haben, war Fisch, der zu sehr gebraten war und kein Fleisch mehr hatte. wir baten um hausgemachte Getränke, aber uns wurden Getränke aus der Dose serviert. am Ende haben wir die Rechnung mit Bargeld bezahlt, da sie keine Karte mitbrachten und er auch keine Papierrechnung mitbrachte, er fragte nur mit Worten...
