Second reply: Since it seems you’re not understanding the issue, I will return the food tomorrow to show you clearly that it was untouched . Additionally, I will take photos of the dish at your shop to ensure your customers are aware of the inaccuracies in your response. Please address this matter honestly. Prepare yourself for a refund also a nice photo. A tip for you : as a small business listen to your customer and don't just try to make up stuff. We did order two foods for two people but ended up having one for both of us and that is fact !

Third Reply: We noticed that you continuously change your replies. It would be great if you kept the original response and did not change the facts over and over. Finally, it seems you have accepted that we had only one dish while we ordered two to eat there (not one take away!). That is a great step forward. However, to answer your question: As you noticed, we ordered two dishes to eat there, but in the end, we could not eat both, so we asked you for a box (which you charged 0.50 euros for as well) so we could take the meal home and avoid throwing it away. Seit bestimmt 15 Jahren zufriedene und glückliche Kundin, auch so der gesamte Freundeskreis. Ich empfehle Sushi, Sommerrollen, Glasnudelgerichte und Ente kross. Lassi, Bubble Tea, Latte Macchiato und Litschi-Saft sind auch klasse. In der kalten Jahreszeit sind die leckeren Suppen Lebensretter! Schon immer freundliches Personal und nettes Ambiente. Im Sommer ist die Terasse toll mit Blick ins Grüne. Es dauert nie lang, bis man bestellen kann und auch die Zubereitung geht fix.

Zaubern kann man auch hier nicht, wenn es mal ordentlich voll ist. Dafür gibt es im Sommer eine Klingel, um sich bemerkbar zu machen. Ja, auch hier ist manches etwas teurer geworden, trotzdem bleibt es moderat. Schade, wenn einige "Kritiker" hier ihren allgemeinen...

Würde da nichts mehr essen… hatte eine China Pfanne mit Ente kross und war zehn Tage arbeitsunfähig! Sowas hatte ich noch nie. 🙅🏽‍♀️

PS. Erstaunlich ist es nicht wenn man eine Lebensmittelvergiftung oder Samonellenbefall hatte! Vllt war die Ente nicht genug durchgebraten oder eben verseucht. Also bitte nicht meine Beschwerden in...
