McDonald's — Restaurant in Berlin

I went to this restaurant on 22 Aug, 24 at near about 11:30 pm. Ordered 2XNetzkartofellen. Firstly, the food was very cold. While giving order, i clearly mentioned to give me the fresh food, the girl doing kasse, had her lower lip pierced, answered me in a very bad way. Secondly, after eating my food, i left my tray on the table the same way other customers did. When i was about to leave, a fat guy working in the front insulted me saying to put the leftover in the bin. I clearly had no issue in doing so, but the tone he used was unacceptable. Who gave him right to pick any random customer and say whatever he wanted to say. He did not ask any of the other customer to put the trays back, why only me?? These two mitarbeiters did a racial thing. They used unacceptable tone with me just because i am a foreigner here, but not to the Germans. Shame on you, guys! Had one of the worst experiences. The last Sunday we went for the take away option. Ordered a few menus. The blue eyed male employee was unfortunately extremely racist by behaviour. Primarily was extremely restless when it came to placing the order, although we placed it in German not in English. Yet while we came ahead for scanning our McD membership code and picking up the order, the behaviour was extremely unprofessional and racist. It is a pity that such a big venture like McD gets defamed due to such ill-mannered employees. Been to other McD's in Germany as well, never had such an experience ever. Such a shame! And the plus, the food was stale. The chicken patties were not fresh for sure. Each one of us had stomach issues few...

Disgusting behavior of personnel. We ordered food and saw it was prepared for 95% in several minutes. In 30 minutes we asked why it is not being issued to us, a worker said he doesn’t know who made this order. Then he started YELLING extremely loudly to us. Then we asked where his manager is, he yelled again “I don’t know”. Eventually we got our burgers, fries and ice cream that was standing there at +35 degrees for 30 minutes.

It was +31 outside, no air conditioning nor any ventilation inside. All people and personnel sweating. It is obvious managers do not care about health and safety of their employees nor customers.
