McDonald's — Restaurant in Berlin

I had a very upsetting experience at the drive-thru last night time near about 11.30pm to 12.30am. There were two employees — one possibly of Indian background girl and one white people — who were extremely unprofessional. They were laughing at us for no reason and clearly misbehaving, which made the situation very uncomfortable. Not only that, but they delayed our order significantly. We were waiting a long time in the drive-thru without any explanation, even though we were on our way to Hamburg and in a hurry. This wasn’t a free meal — we paid for our food and expected basic customer service in return. I strongly suggest management provide proper training to the staff on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Very disappointed with...

worst mcdonalds❗️always check your order bcz there is always something missing‼️We going there smt just because it’s close to our house for take out and almost every time they forget to put something in : souses or chips ect. or once they put in nuggets box(wich we order) chicken wings and cheeseburger without ketchup. I can’t remember now everything but there is always something wrong with order. But today they had no excuse, and apparently no shame as well. I visited mcdonal’s promenade i staff was uncooperative, unfriendly, rude behaviour like they don’t care what customer want. How to talk to customer. Whatever i ask they said very rudely and unprofessionally. They gave me cold food worth of 37 euros. When i ask they said it is what we sell. They were not even trying to talk with customer. I would say they give 0 point customer service. 0 point customer serice 0 point food quality I would also recommend to my all fellow friend not to visit...
