NORDSEE Berlin Eastgate — Restaurant in Berlin

I have been a regular customer and usually enjoy coming here. However, my recent experiences have been very disappointing due to the rude behavior of some of the staff members.

Today at around 5:10 PM and ordered two menus. I often come here and usually request the Lachs (salmon) menu. Unfortunately, most of the staff seem unwilling to prepare it fresh. Only the two Indian staff members are consistently helpful and willing to make the Lachs menu, while the rest of the staff show clear frustration or even anger when we ask for it.

Today, a female staff member took my order and was visibly upset. She responded to me in German saying “I don’t know” and made unfriendly faces, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. It felt like I was being treated differently—possibly even due to my background—which is deeply upsetting.

I never expected to feel this kind of treatment in a place I regularly support. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and training to ensure respectful service for...

I am writing to you with great indignation regarding an incident that occurred today at one of your restaurants. As a regular customer who visits daily for business lunches, I am deeply disappointed with how I was treated.

Today, at 4:50 PM, which is during the time your restaurant is supposed to be open until 6:00 PM, I was informed that the kitchen was closed and that we could not order any dishes. The employees present were rude and explained that there were only two of them, and they were unable to prepare hot meals. Is this normal at this NORDSEE location? I cannot imagine that a loyal customer who visits regularly is treated in such a manner.

I expect that as a reputable restaurant chain, you will provide your customers with proper service and access to the meals offered during opening hours. Such situations are unacceptable and will certainly influence my decision to continue using...

Also ehrlich wenn man Coupon hat, kann man diesen noch nicht mal eine Woche trotz Gültigkeit einlösen, da wird gesagt technisches Problem aber ne, weil keine 10 min später habe ich eine Freundin mit den selben Coupons geschickt und da war es ok. Also es ist nicht schön. Dann unfreundliches Personal wenn man fragen Stellt, bekommt man genervte Antworten zurück. Es ist schade man freut sich auf die Coupons und dann darf man noch nicht mal mehr als 3 einreichen weil es Kunden aufhält hallo was ist das? Bei anderen Nordsee Restaurants kann man auch mehr als 3 einlösen da ist es egal wieviel man einlösen möchte. Hauptsache nur von jedem Produkt ein Coupon das sollte eingehalten werden. Und ich wollte 6 Coupons einreichen je ein anderes Produkt das hätte jedes Nordsee annehmen müssen. Das sagte man mir.
