I have been a regular customer and usually enjoy coming here. However, my recent experiences have been very disappointing due to the rude behavior of some of the staff members.
Today at around 5:10 PM and ordered two menus. I often come here and usually request the Lachs (salmon) menu. Unfortunately, most of the staff seem unwilling to prepare it fresh. Only the two Indian staff members are consistently helpful and willing to make the Lachs menu, while the rest of the staff show clear frustration or even anger when we ask for it.
Today, a female staff member took my order and was visibly upset. She responded to me in German saying “I don’t know” and made unfriendly faces, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. It felt like I was being treated differently—possibly even due to my background—which is deeply upsetting.

Today, at 4:50 PM, which is during the time your restaurant is supposed to be open until 6:00 PM, I was informed that the kitchen was closed and that we could not order any dishes. The employees present were rude and explained that there were only two of them, and they were unable to prepare hot meals. Is this normal at this NORDSEE location? I cannot imagine that a loyal customer who visits regularly is treated in such a manner.
