Ristorante Francavilla — Restaurant in Berlin

The “service” and guest support is non existent here. The delivery takes more then 40 minutes even though I’m just 700m away from the restaurant, and they claimed that they accidentally typed in that the delivery takes just 20 minutes. I didn’t get a single apology for my delivery taking OVER AN HOUR, and when calling to ask where it is the restaurant staff simply said “Ciao” and hung up instead of offering me an apology or trying to figure out where my order was. Upon arrival, the courier was also insanely rude. The food itself was just bland and underwhelming. No spices or cheese in the pasta. If you want to get any resemblance of actual service, do...

Sorry but calling this Italian is an insult.

The pizza has cheese but I can’t understand of what kind, doesn’t look like mozzarella.

Es wurden drei Gerichte online bestellt, die Lieferzeit wurde mit einer Stunde angegeben. Die Lieferung erfolgte eine knappe Stunde später, als angegeben.

Bestellt wurden eine Pizza Calzone ohne Ei, dafür mit Knoblauch und Zwiebeln. Das zweite Gericht waren die Spaghetti Francavilla. Dazu kam noch das Gericht Trota alla Mugnala (Forelle) ohne Beilage, dazu extra Kroketten.

Die Pizza war lauwarm, die Spaghetti und der Fisch warm.

Zur Pizza Calzone. Die Extrawünsche wurden umgesetzt, dennoch hatte die Pizza einen zurückhaltenden Geschmack, es stellte sich nur ein Gewürz in den Vordergrund. Auch die Zwiebeln oder der Knoblauch traten geschmacklich nicht in Erscheinung. Die Champignons waren frisch, gaben zum Glück etwas Geschmack ab.

Zur Pasta. Geschmacklich war das Durchschnitt. Das Fleisch war etwas fest, geschmacklich ganz in Ordnung. Die Sauce insgesamt schmeckte jedoch sehr nach Stärke, bzw. Mehl.

Nun zum Fisch. Die Forelle war gut. Das eine Stück wurde nicht dem Gaumen zugeführt, da es sich vermutlich um einen Forellenkopf handelte. Entweder man mag es, oder man mag es nicht. Meine verstorbene Großtante hätte sich gefreut, hier hielt sich die Freude in Grenzen.
