Ristorante Roma — Restaurant in Berlin

I am writing this Review and 5 Stars for the service from the Restaurant, for being so polite and Respectful thanks, I have never tasted the food, as I ordered from them for the first time, unfotunately orders got mixed, and wrong items were delivered to me, that too fleisch, since I am vegetarian I couldn't eat and asked Wolt if they can arrange a pick up for the food and deliver to someone in need, it was very painful to throw, meanwhile Restaurant owner called me to investigate and apologised and also said that they would be delivering the correct items immediately to which I responded NO as I already cooked at home. He still sent the food at my doorstep, unfortunately I had to deny the delivery as I already ate. But just wanted to give a shout out for the Best Customer Service. 12.01.2025 : Die Antwort kam vom Inhaber auf meine Kritik Vom Februar 2023. Inzwischen ist das Omelett zwar noch teurer geworden, 9,50€, aber mit dem Salat und dem leckeren Brot ist das ok. Mit Salz muss man immer nachwürzen, das ist nicht schlimm. Hier schmeckt es sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin hier bestellen. Es wird auch immer auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Auch ist hier immer genug Dressing am Salat. Warum antwortet man erst nach fast zwei Jahren ??? ------------------- So, heute nochmal Omelett bestellt. Salat lecker, Brot auch. Allerdings waren die Zwiebeln im Omelett sehr groß und hart. Das geht echt besser.. Auch den Salat kann man kleiner schneiden, außerdem 75 Minuten für die Lieferung. Egal, es war gut.

26.02.2023 : Die Bruschetta waren leider ziemlich matschig und das Omelette Contadina mit Speck, Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln, laut Karte, hatte nur in klitzekleine Quadrate geschnittene Stücke aus dünnen Formschinkenscheiben drin, kein einziges Stückchen Speck, wie es in der Karte steht. Inzwischen kostet es auch 8,50€. Aber nach Salzen ging es.

03.09.2021 : Omelett Contadina war noch warm, aber Speck? Das war wieder Formschinken in dünnen Scheiben, kleingeschnitten. Speck hätte mehr Geschmack abgegeben. 6,50€ dafür ist fürstlich bezahlt !!! Nach Salzen ganz ok. Bruschetta geschmacklich ok, nur etwas matschig. Es gab einen kleinen gemischten Salat gratis dazu, falls er nicht später bei jemandem gefehlt hat. Hab ich meiner Nachbarin geschenkt. Lieferzeit statt 59 minuten 75 minuten

13.08.2021 : über Lieferando : nach 50min da, noch warm genug, Bruschetta 4 kleine Scheibchen, spärlich und übersichtlich belegt, geschmacklich ok. 2x Spaghetti Carbonara völlig ohne Geschmack, ohne Salz oder anderes Gewürz, allerdings sehr käselastig. Hauchdünne Formschinken-Scheiben in Mini-Quadrate geschnitten, auch ohne Geschmack. Macht satt, aber schmeckt nach...

The delivery staff was friendly and the delivery fast but the food was burnt and completely tasteless and dry. The toppings were just boxed frozen food and the cheese maybe the cheapest gratin. It’s sad since we live nearby. We would hope they better their service and maybe at some point we could revisit. I rarely post any reviews but the audacity to deliver a burnt pizza was a trigger. Also one pizza was missing one of two toppings. For 9,50€ the regular size pizza I would expect at least a mediocre pizza.
