Café Restaurant Seeterrasse — Restaurant in Bispingen

The surroundings were nice, and staff friendly. The kids nuggets where lovely too. However there where lots and lots of wasps everywhere (including inside) and I was served turkey that was raw in the middle (noticed once I got to the middle), they took it back to heat it again but a while later, it was still not really cooked in the middle so I lost my appetite and did not reallly dear eat it. Too bad because it was beautifully served and had good and interesting taste before it turned out raw. The salad buffe't was also lovely and fresh.

Through they did take back the turkey the first time, they could also have offered to compensate for the inconvenience, or deduct some of the cost for the meal. But seeing we did not ask them too we are probably partly to blame. However at that point my family was done with their meal and we just wanted to get away from the wasps.

Don't bother coming here if you're not German, because this place obviously doesn't welcome tourists. They wouldn't accept my credit card because they only accept German cards (whatever that means). I didn't have enough cash, I was short 2.5 Euro. The waitress demanded that I go to the nearest ATM which is a couple of KMs away. I was with bikes, no car, and I was there with my family, including a 6 year old boy, all with bikes. They were all tired from a long ride and waiting to get back to the hotel. The waitress still demanded that we go to the ATM and was not willing to let go, all for 2.5 Euro! I consider this behaviour very unfriendly, to say the least, if not offensive. Leider waren wir vom Service sehr enttäuscht. Wir bekamen einen wunderbaren Platz mit Blick auf den See und schnell wurde unsere Bestellung der ersten Getränke entgegengenommen. Diese kamen auch recht zügig. Nach 10-15 Minuten wollten wir gerne noch etwas bestellen und versuchten einen Bedienung an unseren Tisch zu bekommen, aber das war nicht möglich. Wir saßen mit unseren leeren Gläsern weitere 10 Minuten am Tisch und warteten, ob Jemand vorbei kommt - Fehlanzeige. Es waren 2 Damen im Einsatz, mit uns galt es 7 Tische zu bedienen, was für 2 Personen doch zu bewältigen sein sollte. Irgendwann rief ich etwas lauter zu einer der Damen ob wir doch bitte nochmal die Karte haben könnten! Sie sagte nickte mir zu, verschwand, und ward nie wieder gesehen. Weitere 10 Minuten verstrichen. Ich winkte dann der Kollegin zu, die uns sah, noch schnell einen Tisch abkassieren wollte aber danach auch nicht kam. Ich ging dann auf eigene Faust ins Innere des Lokals, da ich eh zur Toilette musste und bestellte dort noch 2 weitere Getränke, obwohl wir gerne noch einen Blick auf die Karte geworfen hätten.. aber zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten wir die Lust verloren. Die Lage der Seeterasse ist wirklich wunderschön und die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, aber ich habe selten eine so unbefriedigende Erfahrung mit KellnerInnen...
