I don’t understand the bad reviews. After a long day at Phantasialand and being rejected by several local restaurants claiming that their kitchens were closed because it was late, we ran into this little pizza place and it did not disappoint. The chicken salad with home made dressing is delicious, the portion is big, the 4 cheese pizza and the prosciutto pizza are both flavorful and made with quality ingredients, so so yummy. The owners (father and son) are polite and welcoming, the nicest people ever! For foreigners not knowing German it was such a blessing running into polite people like them. Absolutely charming encounter with a friendly owner, who took the time to chat with us, and who is very interesting. The pizzas are delicious, the ingredients are perfect, and there's a good choice of pizzas and other dishes, reasonably priced, and we even were offered home baked bread and lollipops. The owner knows several languages, and spoke with us in English as our German is a bit rusted. The conversation was very pleasant and heartfelt. Credit card accepted. The pizza is so good I could cry… 😃 My son loved it too and he is usually a picky eater hahahaha. We ordered marguerita and prosciutto large pizza for two adults and a kid, we ate really well! Eat was more than enough. Couldn’t ask for a better service! We don’t speak German, but he(I think it was Mario from the name hahaha) speaks perfect English, so it was perfect to communicate.
