Burger King — Restaurant in Brunswick

Had a few visits to this Burger King travelling both ways across Germany in the last month. The staff were always friendly and empathetic. They welcomed me in with my pet dog, who I was travelling with alone on the return trip. My wife had just died of Ovarian Cancer four weeks before. KFC told me I could not bring my dog in,although they did say I could used their toilets,as long as I was quick, so no one saw me. How would that make you feel if you has just lost your wife of husband KFC?!Of course ,I did not take up their offer to make an order through the drive through. How could I after that diresectful attitude and seeing their dirty toilets in KFC as well as their equally dirty self service touch screens. Well done Burger King. Your empathy, freindliness and hygiene looks for better than your local KFC and similar Mc Donald' There you are, I reviewed them all. Burger King 10 points, KFC 0 points and Mc Donald's 4.5! Also the order screen in Mc Donald's was down the two times I visited and Mc Cafe was open for cleaning only when I went at 6pm! Chocolate cake looked lovely but not able to buy! I am afraid I did not ask them if dogs can come in, I thing it is a good to firm bet they would say no, just like...

I was here for a quick lunch with a colleague of mine. I ordered a burger with modification - no tomatoes. However, the burger I received had tomatoes in. I returned the burger at the counter, shown my receipt where it was clearly stated that the tomatoes were not to be included. After approx 1 minute, I received the "new" burger (which was super hot, felt like fresh from the grill). Since it was very quick, I specifically asked the employee, whether it's a freshly prepared burger - not the old one with just the tomatoes pulled out. He reassured me that it's a freshly prepared burger. When I unwrapped the burger, it had the same tomato stain on top as the old one. Upon inspection of the content, there were tomato seeds in the burger... I did not return the burger second time, as I was insecure whether they would not spit (or do something worse) to the burger, when they do not...

Ich bin wirklich nicht der Typ Mensch der solche Rezisionen schreibt, aber vielleicht gelangt das hier dann mal an die richtige Stelle. Ich habe die Filiale in der Hansestr. schon eine ganze weile gemieden weil ständig irgend etwas gefehlt hat. Trotz allem dachte ich mir, ich gebe der Bude noch einmal eine Chance, ich meine lange Zeit nicht dort gewesen, mit sicherheit neues Personal und vielleicht hat sich da mal was getan. Fehlanzeige! Wir sind hingefahren haben uns ein Guacamole Beef und ein Guacamole Bacon im King Menü bestellt, dazu noch die Nacho Cilli Cheese Nuggets im 6er. Super das es zu jedem Menü 4 Chicken Nuggets Gratis dazu gab. Die Freude über die nette Zugabe hält sich jedoch in Grenzen wenn man Zuhause nun feststellt das dafür die bestellten Nacho Chilli Cheese Nuggets fehlen. Und ich habe als Kunde einfach absolut keine Lust erst jedesmal zu Kontrollieren ob sich die ganze Ware Vollständig in der Tüte befindet. Desweiteren waren die Burger alles andere als die von uns bestellten. Auf dem Guacamole Beef befand sich keine Spur von Tomaten und kein Blatt Salat, stattdessen aber Bacon. Auf dem Guacamole Bacon befand sich, so vermute ich zumindest, alles ausser auch nur ein klecks Guacamole. Die zum King Menü gehörenden Softdrinks haben wir uns so wie es in dieser Filiale üblich ist selbst abgefüllt, eine Cola und eins dieser late summer Getränke. Diese haben wir weggeschmissen da warum auch immer, keine Kohlensäure vorhanden war, die Getränke waren alles andere als gekühlt, das wäre ja am sich Kein Problem wenn der Automat wenigstens Eiswürfel ausgespuckt hätte. Mag ja sein das der Kassierer evtl. ein Trainee oder ähnliches war, aber das was ich dort geboten bekommen habe kann ja nun wirklich nicht bei der Reihe an fehlern und Qualitätsmängeln an einem Menschen fest gemacht werden. Absolutes no go und wirklich Schade da die Filiale die nächst gelegende meines Wohnortes ist. Ich kann andere BK Filialen deutlich...
