Read moreWe had a really nice stay with the Oster family right after the floods in Western Germany 2021. The booking process was great, we received all the safety information reg. our arrival well in advance. We stayed in the Scheune - lovely historic building skillfully restored, great modern fittings (bathroom, comfortable bed, fitted kitchen) combined with a lovely design with antique furniture. The host was very welcoming - despite the stress of dealing with the aftermath of the flooding, Mr. Oster invited us to spend the evening with his friends and family. Incredible wines - aromatic Riesling, well balanced sweetness and acidity, with notes of mountain peach, white flowers and honey - will be on order for delivery for many...
