SERVICE & ATMOSPHERE Went for iftar 2 days ago for the first time and everything was great. The waiters were very welcoming and polite. We called to reserve but the restaurant was not open yet and we opted not to leave a message and to call again. Just a few minutes after, a very polite lady promplty called back and took our reservation. This clearly reflects the restaurant's excellent customer service. The ambience was warm and cosy as it was a cold day.

FOOD It was very organised and the buffet had a big variety of food selections that cater the tatstes of all people. ALL the buffet food served was very tasty.

One of the best Arab restaurants in Germany, we ordered Mandi food, the rice was cooked very well and served with the soft and delicious lamb meat. Next to Two types of sauce and meat broth are served, which adds to its taste. Along with rice, it also has almond nuts. It was an amazing experience.Two very delicious salad models made with pomegranate were very interesting. The other food was bread with pieces of meat and potatoes in it. Friendly staff and I would give them 5 stars. However, the rest is poor. The location isn't the best and seating area not cozy or calm. Food took so long to be served and other guests were complaining for the same reason. Apetizers were average amd same for grill. Fakhara wasn't good as the sausages used were junk. Chicken nuggets which we've ordered for our daughter were also junk and she didn't feel well afterwards. I can't judge the other meals. I personally tried it once and won't go...
