I visited the Dachau Memorial Site on a recent trip to Munich. I was traveling alone and have a very limited understanding of German language. It was also a bitterly cold day, so after spending some time in the memorial I came to this place to get something to eat and a cup of tea.
The food was good, there was a varied menu and it was very reasonably priced. But what made the difference for me was the patient kindness I was shown by the staff who were very keen to make sure that I enjoyed my meal. As I struggled to get the tea machine to work a staff member hurried round to help without having to be asked and was kind and patient with me.
