The Germans get a bad culinary wrap...mostly from me...I mean, they're sharing borders with Italy, France and Sweden (kinda)...anyway, this place gives German cookery a name as great as Catherine (see your Russian history). The beetroot is stellar, as is the cod, which is essentially enough for 2...except its delicious, and I'm delightedly greedy. The wild boar I'm told is a peak level example. Dessert is good too.
