We were eating at another Sushi Store in Deggendorf, the one next to the cinema (which is amazing) and wanted to drink a Sake to close out the evening. Unfortunately they were out of Sake.
We all agreed to just drink one Sake at Vitha-Wok since it's just a 2 minute walk away.
Upon arriving we sit down in the empty restaurant (roughly 7pm) and get handed menus by the owner. I just quickly browse through the menu to see how large the Sake is, since I wasn't sure. I remember they used to serve it in some kind of red flask, so I wanted to ask the owner how much is in one of those.
He immidiately cut me off and said; "No drinks without ordering food" and stormed off into the kitchen. We just sat there looking at each other confused. After he left us there a waitress walked by asking us what we want. I again asked her if it was alright to order just one Sake for us. She said "Sure, why wouldn't it be?" You tell me Because right after she said that the owner came back and told her something in vietnamese, and abruptly she said that we unfortunately can't order Sake.
I'm glad though, the other store we went to was very happy with our order and the 30% tip we left them. Will however never go to Vitha-Wok again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so.

We used to go there with our friends, the service was always REALLY bad. We are 4 guys, we order and they bring service for 2, always bad service. But last time we went with my friend, we chose our food and wanted to order, when this waiter looked at me, I made a sign that we want to order, but ge came and started to talk VERY rudely saying why do you raise your hand, and I was like I just made a sign, what do you mean by always. He was talking in a very bad way. We just grabbed our things and just left this place. But while leaving, I saw that other customers called him and were saying "why would you talk to a customer like that, they just wanted to order and eat food". Immer gerne bei Vitha Wok bestellt aber absolute Schweinerei bei der letzten Lieferung. Wir hatten nummer 52 & 54 jeweils mit nudeln bestellt. Ankam 54 ganz ohne Beilage und 52 mit reis. Ich hab nochmal angerufen und sie meinten dass sie und nochmal 2 nudeln liefern. Angekommen wollte der Herr 2x reis zurück haben (obwohl wir nur einen hatten). Letztendlich hat er uns 1x nudeln da gelassen sowie den reis den wir schon hatten und wir mussten trotzdem für den reis zusätzlich 1€ zahlen. Ist zwar nicht die Welt aber da gehts ums Prinzip… hätten wir die Gerichte einmal mit nudeln und einmal mit reis bestellt, hätten wir doch auch keinen Aufpreis gezahlt. Zudem wie soll ich den reis zurückgeben wenn er in einem Behälter mit dem Fleisch ist? Und was wollt ihr überhaupt mit dem bereits gelieferten reis noch machen? Weiterverkaufen geht ja nicht.
