Subway — Restaurant in Ditzingen

I had lunch at this subway and it was a very unpleasant experience. When I came in there were about 5 people waiting in the queue. The staff member was running around shouting at someone on the phone and appeared to have a mental breakdown (I felt sorry for her but I was also very hungry). Her colleague was in the back not attending anyone, took the phone and went outside. After quite some time he came back to attend the people in the queue but not really knowing what to do. I ordered via a third party app recently. What was delivered can be compared to inedible food. The sauce was missing, it was delivered so late that the packaging had ripped off. It was a catastrophe.
