I would like to say that we have a very bad experience with this place..Not with the food but the way we were treated here..
On Sunday morning, we were 3 family decided to have a breakfast with our kids. We sat on big table which was not reserved as there was not board on it.
Suddenly the lady from your staff came and started yelling at us rudely, saying that this table is reserved and we can't join the table which we didn't. This was completely shocked for us. Before we recover from this shock she again came and this time with more rudeness and anger she stared yelling with double power. This was so disrespectful, unmannered, rude and discourteous. Not only we were shocked but this left your guest who were sitting beside us too and sadly they have to leave the place.
Now we do understand that if the table was reserved and we don't know it. We are ready to accept that it was our mistake that we sat in table where it was reserved. But can't you be polite and respectful being your customer. This treatment based on someone ethnicity or skin colour should not be there.

But after 10 min abruptly one lady from bakery came and rudely told us that that table was reserved and we couldn't sit. The way she told was completely rude and she was not ready to listen. She could have told us politely as we didn't know that it was reserved and no sign was put there to show it was reserved. Read moreWir sind Stammkunden bei Grobe und bis jetzt immer zufrieden, nur was ich jetzt erfahren habe, finde ich Verarsche am Kunden. Da wir auch sonntags gern "frisches " Brot geholt haben, ärgert mich das sehr. Letzten Sonntag gab es nur 2 Brotsorten, die wir sonst nicht nehmen. Die Dame sagte, dass es sonntags kein frisches Brot, bzw nur das Sonntagsbrot frisch gibt. Auf mein Nachfrage, warum es sonst sonntags das andere Brot auch gibt, sagte man das es vom Vortag sei. Zum selben Preis?? Bisher erwähnte man nicht, dass es vom Vortag ist. Egal, der Kunde weiß es ja nicht. Hiermit sollte Grobe offen umgehen, dann weiß der Endverbraucher auch auf was er sich einlässt. Muss ich jetzt davon ausgehen, dass es auch in der Woche Brot vom Vortag ist, welches ich zum regulären Preis kaufe??? Hier einfach mal die Bitte an Grobe zu überlegen, ob dem Kunden das Brot nicht günstiger angeboten wird. Wenn es hier eine Veränderung gibt, dann auch gern 5 Sterne.
