Café Genuss — Restaurant in Dresden

It was a short coffee break for us before taking the highway. Followed the good reviews and was not disappointed. Looks like a cozy family-run cafè with a good selection of cakes, coffee and a very decent tea assortment. We also had a Flammekuchen, the Alsace version pizza, which was very good. Coffee was OK related to a region :) and only cash payment is accepted. Overall, very nice...

We were on a sightseeing trip and it was the last stop before getting on the highway, so we kind of stopped by. But we were lucky.

The place was full of locals, everyone knew each other and the kids had smiles on their faces. There were several rooms and every seat was private...

An sich ein schönes kleines Cafe, leider waren die kunden sehr arrogant und haben uns schon beim vorbeigehen angestarrt, als wir das cafe betreten haben und guten tag gesagt haben, haben wir keine antwort bekommen, vor ort waren 2 mitsrbeiter und 2 gäste, wir wurden fast direkt penetrant gefragt was wir haben wollen, was jetzt nicht direkt das problem war, da wir es aus anderen Bäckereien zum beispiel auch ncijt anders kennen, so ist es nun mal, nachdem wir gesagt haben das wir noch überlegen, hat meine freundin eine kundin hinter uns gesagt das sie gern vor kann da wir noch überlegen, diese schaute uns nicht einmal an und bedankte sich nicht. natürlich kann das cafe nichts für die kunden, aber im gesamten war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm für uns, da das personal auch keinen freundlichen Eindruck gemacht...
