Domino's Pizza Düsseldorf Unterrath — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Unfortunately absolute disappointment in service and food. I travel a lot and I love to go Domino’s, it’s a safe call to get pizza from domino’s as I know this brand well. However I come to the shop to order a pizza with my wife and employees didn’t know anything about pizzas, neither discounts or offer. So I have ordered pizza 50/50 teriyaki and bbq. On the pizza we could not find neither of sauces, pizza was with ketchup no teriyaki or bbq. Meat was cold, but I believe that they made pizza first and then forgot to put meat, so they put cold on top. I came back with a complaint, and store manager he didn’t want to listen to me, he tried to prove that all pizzas comes with ketchup (which is not true at domino’s). We asked if they can make new pizza properly, but they said no and they decided to give money back. VERRY POOR SERVICE AND FOOD!...

Usually I order from time to time here and wasn’t disappointed from that store but after today I won’t order here anymore.

Delivery was fast, too fast, within 10-13 minutes, so that I thought that the pizza was already there and just warmed up, but I can’t prove it. So it’s subjective.

Pizza Bombay was horrible. Had so much oil and had nothing to do with a pizza anymore, you could literally eat the topping with a fork. See pictures. Korean style pizza had nothing to do with Korean, only the little bit Gochujang they put inside.

We both have now stomach issues after eating.

Also I picked to pay with card by delivery but the driver came without a card reader, so that I decided to pay with cash because I didn’t want to let them come a...

This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received from Domino’s. The pizza was dripping with oil, toppings were falling off everywhere, and it looked like it was thrown together in a hurry with zero care. My hands were covered in grease after just one slice – absolutely disgusting. Had to throw it away. Even called the store to complain about it but the store manager was extremely rude about it.

I will never be ordering from this store again. Total...
