Restaurant Pizzeria Bella Venezia Düsseldorf — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I stayed at a hotel local to here and decided to try based on its proximity. This restaurant does not look inviting from the outside and it doesn't get much better on the inside. Their ability to speak english was very, very limited so there will be a big language barrier if you're not fluent in german. They do have a menu in english at the front though. Despite this, our order was wrong even after pointing to the items we desired on the menu. The food was okay, very salty for what I'm used to. Paying the bill was another diaster. They refused to accept my Visa credit card and mischarged (over) for the food I ordered. Be careful when ordering. Late in the evening I went here spontaneously to order pizza to take away. As I was waiting, I quickly noticed that there were a lot of flies around where the food was being prepared.
