Sushi Kaiser Düsseldorf — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

Sadly, our order was rather disappointing. At first, they packed the wrong bag in the kitchen and delivered it to our door, so we had to call them for a correction. Thereafter, we finally received the right order, but the quality of the food was mediocre at best. The eggs in the tamago nigiri and maki were much too sweet and overcooked. They were tough and besides very sweet rather tasteless. The maki fell apart very easily and the avocado inside them was not entirely ripe. There was also no seasoning or any trace of creativity to complement the condiments of the maki within the dish. A true shame, because their profiling is better...

You get what you pay. The primary service is the delivery. This is not a restaurant at all. I have experience very polite staff and fresh "cooked" Shushi" but the quality is as you should expect it for the price. The fish, the rice, the seaweed, the tempura...this is all fine for a delivery service but not for a good Sushi Asia restaurant. So if you have never eaten really good and I mean typical Japanese food before this location is ok for you. For everyone who is expecting real good...

Finger weg!!! Zuerst waren wir überrascht wie schnell die Lieferung ankam. Ein paar stunden später war es klar wieso. Unmöglich kann das Essen frisch vorbereitet worden sein wenn es so schnell von Düsseldorf nach Neuss kommt. Fisch hatte kaum Geschmack. Am gleichen Abend ging es mit der Kotzerei los, bei mir und mein Partner... Zufall? Don't think so. Am nächsten Tag rufe ich dort an um mein Geld zurück zu verlangen, denn ich bezahle nicht um eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zu kriegen. Da wurde viel diskutiert aber entschlossen wurde, dass sie mir das Geld zurück überweisen bzw. Die Hälfte denn ich kann ja auch verstehen, dass diese schwere Zeiten für die Gastronomie ist und Löhne mussten trotzdem bezahlt wetden. Zwei wochen später war immer noch kein Geld da also rief ich nochmal an und da wurde ich beschimpft. Auf meine Aussage, dass ich den Vorfall bei Google protokollieren würde antwortete den Chef "wir lassen uns nicht drohen". Als ich erklären wollte, dass dies keine Drohung sei sondern einfach die Konsequenz auf ein so schlechten Service, wurde der Mann am telefon sehr laut und hat dann aufgelegt.

Zusammenfassung: auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, davor verhungere...
